There may occasions where you need to make positive or negative adjustments to your leave for example if you work par time and need to adjust for bank holidays.

  1. Click Time and Absences Info button
  2. Click on the Absences tile to take you to the Existing Absence page
  3. Click on Add

     


  4. Use the drop down next to Type to select the type of adjustment e.g. positive, negative, bought leave
  5. Enter the start and end dates. Choose dates that match the number of hours you are adjusting but ensure that they are from the last 90 days.
  6. Use the drop down under Reason to select the reason
  7. You can add comments if you wish
  8. Click on Submit
  9. The request will be sent to your manager for approval and can take up to 24 hours to update.
