Next, click continue.


Click on the pencil icon to enter the details of the new manager. 

  1. Simply start typing in the name field and the managers in the system will come up as a list.
  2. Click on the name to select and press Continue


If adding an additional matrix manager, click on Add. 


 


This will bring up the Name and Type fields to complete then click OK

Click Continue

The new manager will receive an approval request.


Change of manager is complete, follow the steps below to go on to change direct reports of a team member.
