Changing to a ‘standard’ work pattern
Important note: Oracle Fusion is pre-populated with a number of default or ‘standard’ working patterns. These will accommodate the majority of work patterns undertaken across the organisation. If the employee does not undertake one of these standard working patterns, you will need to follow the guidance under ‘non-standard work patterns’ section of this guide.
- Select the My Team icon from the home screen.
- Using the 3 dots icon next to the relevant Employees name, select Work Schedule Assignment action.
The current work pattern is visible and will be at the bottom of the list under Schedules.
3. Ensure that the previous Schedules end date is the day before the start date of the new Schedule.
4. To add a new work pattern, click on the + button and input the start and end date. If the end date is not currently known, input 31-Dec-2050.
5. Choose the correct new Schedule under the Name drop down menu. You can type NCH in the name field to filter on NCH patterns.
6. Ensure that the latest Schedule is marked as the Primary Schedule, changing the end column to Yes for the latest work schedule.
7. Click Review and a summary of the changes will be provided.
8. Click Submit if the changes are correct or Back to make amendments
