Employee Requests Paternity Leave

  1. Click on Time and Absences from the home screen
  2. Click on the Absences tile
  3. Click on Add
  4. Use the drop down next to Type to choose ‘Paternity Leave – Birth’
  5. Enter Expected Date of Childbirth
  6. Enter a start and end date
  7. Click on Submit
  8. Approval will go to your manager in the same way as annual leave

 

 


 Employee Amends Paternity Leave Request

  1. Click on Time and Absences from the home screen
  2. Click on the Absences tile
  3. Click on the pencil edit icon on the relevant line
  4. Enter the Actual Date of Childbirth
  5. Amend the start and end dates if needed
  6. Click on Submit
