1. Click onto Personal Information and click Family and Emergency Contacts tile.


 


2. View existing family and contacts by clicking on their name

3. Expand sections by clicking on the down arrow if needed

4.  Change the information in any of the sections by clicking on the pencil icon





5. Click on Submit – you need to submit each section before you can edit others

6. If there is no existing information click on the Add button

7. Complete the required fields (*)

8. Click on Submit



 

 

 


Add an additional contact

  1. Click on the Add button on the My Contacts page

  2. You can now create a new contact

  3. Create a new contact
    1. Complete the required fields in the Basic Information section

    2. Complete fields in Communication and Address sections if required
    3. Click on Submit
