If you have worked for Nottingham City Council continuously for 25 years, then your line manager will need to complete the form on this page (under Long Service) for you to receive your reward
Leicestershire County Council
If you have worked for Leicestershire County Council continuously for 25 years, then you should receive the long service award automatically once you reach your 25-year anniversary.
If your 25 years’ service has been worked over 2 or more periods with Leicestershire County Council or if you were TUPE transferred to Leicestershire County Council then you will need to complete the Aggregate Service Disclaimer Form.
