Logging in and password resets

If you are an ID verifier on the DBS system and have been told your password has expired, please raise a query via our contact form. Please ensure you include:

  • the name on the ID verifier account
  • the email address linked to the account.

We will then send you a new password directly to the linked email address.

Driving License not accepted?

The name needs to match the name on the application (including middle name). If the names do not match you will need to start a new application using the name as it appears on the driving licence.
