If you would like to see your personal file, your line manager can request it. For more information on this, please check the following information:
Please note that as this falls under a SAR request, a response will be provided within 30 days. Your personal file will go to your line manager to check for any redactions that need to be made before passing it on to yourself.
Information Request
If you only want certain documents from your personal file, such as a copy of your contract, variations to your contract, application forms etc. Please raise a query via the EMSS contact form with your full name and NI number.
Information such as attendance management and probationary forms are kept on the supervision file held by your line manager – for these, please make the request directly to your line manager to see any of this information.
