If payment was made over 7 days ago, please inform us via our contact form and provide the following information to allow us to investigate:
- Confirmation that payment has been withdrawn from your account (this may need to be checked with the bank directly)
- Date payment made
- Method of payment (online, Giro slip, scanned barcode on payment slip
- Amount paid (total amount if multiple invoices are covered in the payment)
- Any References quoted
