Please note that access to the support portal is currently only available to Council colleagues and is available using single sign-on as per the below instructions.


  1. At the top of the EMSS Support Portal, click into the green Login button
  2. From the login screen, scroll down and click Login Here next to ‘Are you a customer?’.
  3. Finally, click the relevant authority that you work for to login.
