Please note that access to the support portal is currently only available to Council colleagues and is available using single sign-on as per the below instructions.
- At the top of the EMSS Support Portal, click into the green Login button
- From the login screen, scroll down and click Login Here next to ‘Are you a customer?’.
- Finally, click the relevant authority that you work for to login.

|3. Choose which authority you work for to sign-in||Any Issues?|
