Please note that expenses are paid weekly. Any expenses submitted and approved between a Monday and Saturday will be processed and paid on the following Wednesday. 


Once your expense claim has been approved by the relevant manager and has been processed on the payment run, you will receive your expenses in a payment separate to your monthly wages. Expenses claimed or approved after the Saturday cut-off will be paid on the following weeks run.
