Any action you need to take for your team will be done through My Team on your home screen once you have logged in.


New notifications are indicated by the bell notification button - click on the bell to open up the notification.

 


Click on the notification icon and click on the request to review the request.


The example below shows a request for maternity leave with a note to remind the manager to ensure they have seen the required documentary evidence before approving (3). You can approve or reject the request from here (4) or click into Actions to choose a different option - these include reassigning to another manager, requesting more information and adding comments or attachments.
