It's easier than ever to request a callback from East Midlands Shared Services. You can visit our tailored form which will direct your callback request immediately to our service desk colleagues. Before you request a callback, here's a few things to note:

  • Callbacks are only required for our Employee Service Centre for HR and Payroll queries. For issues around supplier payments, invoicing and customer debt, please contact the Finance Service Centre by logging a ticket here or by calling 03003030222
  • We will prioritise urgent pay requests and aim to complete callbacks for these within 2 hours. 
  • For all other non-urgent queries, our agents will respond as soon as possible and within our 5 day SLA.
  • On occasion, it may be necessary for our agents to respond to your request by email to provide guidance and/or request additional information, we will keep you in the loop on the progress of your request.
