If you have a period of missing service on your Teachers Pension record, please contact the NCC pensions team directly so they can investigate. You can either email them at pensions@nottinghamcity.gov.uk or call 0115 876 2270.


Teachers Pension missing service for Leicestershire

If you have received a statement about your service from Teachers’ Pensions and think that there is a period of missing service then please raise a query using the EMSS contact form, ensuring you include the information detailed below.

Please also check that the period in question relates to service within Leicestershire. If not, you should contact the relevant authority to which the period relates.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The school you were at during the period in question
  • Your teacher reference number
  • Date of Birth
  • National Insurance Number
  • The period(s) of missing service
  • Your current home address
  • A contactable telephone number and email address


EMSS will then investigate the period of missing service and contact you with an update, please be advise it can take up to 40 days before your record is updated.
