Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are owed a refund, please complete the EMSS contact form, ensuring you provide:

  • Proof of identity
  • Bank Account Details
  • Details of the overpayment (customer name, invoice number, payment method used)

 

You will receive an automated response from us and, if all information is found to be correct, refunds can be expected within fourteen days.

If we have a query regarding your request or need further information, we will aim to contact you within 3 working days.
